The Registered Energy Manager (REM) Practising Certificate under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024 will only be updated in the new Energy Management Information System (EMIS), which is scheduled to be introduced in early 2026 (around February–March 2026).

Current submission of reports through the existing EMIS is on a voluntary basis.

Installations that wish to submit reports may do so by submitting the reports directly to the Energy Commission (ST) via the Submit to REEM button. All submitted reports will be reviewed by ST accordingly.
